Dear Atlas,
I see there are the options of open and closed eartips. What is the difference or benefits ?

When it comes to over-the-counter hearing aids, even small details, such as eartips, can significantly impact how you hear and how comfortable you feel. Choosing the right style helps you Listen with Confidence ™ every day.
Open eartips provide more physical comfort, allowing airflow and natural sounds into the ear canal via the vents in the design. These eartips allow for a seamless fit.
Closed eartips have no vents and provide a tighter seal in the ear canal, boosting lower-frequency sounds. Because of the seal on the ear canal, this may lead to a plugged feeling with continued use, as well as more earwax generation.
Most importantly, you must select the appropriate size of the eartip - S, M, or L - for a snug fit that prevents damage to the eardrum and whistling.
Warmly,
