ATLAS Resonate iOS App Details

Data Collection, Use, and Storage:

Email. This is the email is used to verify your account when you login. Stored in our server.

Sound data in dB, with no associated personal identifiers. This data is used to present exposure information in the History tab. Stored on your phone using Apple Health App.

View Your Data:

Email: Use the box below to request the email address we have collected.

Sound Data: To view all the sound data (in dB), navigate to the Apple Health App > Hearing > Environmental Sound / Headphone Audio Levels > Show All Data.

Delete Your Data:

Email: Use the box below to delete your email, which will also delete your Atlas Resonate account.

Sound Data: Deleting your sound data is as simple as navigating to the Apple Health App > Hearing > Environmental Sound / Headphone Audio Levels > Show All Data > Edit > Delete All (or individual data). Note that any History functionality will be lost when this data is deleted.

Cybersecurity

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform that thoroughly incorporates security into the platform including safe data encryption, secure payments and anti-fraud protection.
​
​The ATLAS Resonate App limits access to trusted users and trusted devices, stores and computes in a secure system, encrypts all transferred data, and monitors security problems. The measures follow FDA standards for management of cybersecurity. Any transit of data between the ATLAS Resonate App and our servers is securely encrypted (read more). Storage of data is likewise securely encrypted, as verified by ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certification processes (read more).
